What the ranking says
Threat is scored out of 100 from four measurable inputs: how many of Navrátil's hard-access destinations the operator actually sells (45), how close its price per day sits to Navrátil's €320 (20), market adjacency (20), and audience scale (15).
The relevance grading in the supplied workbook is inverted at the top. Lupine Travel, filed there as low relevance, sells bookable departures to 11 of the 13 hard-access destinations Navrátil sells, and undercuts on price on both flagship products.
Nine companies graded low relevance measure Medium or High. All five of the genuine hard-access specialists sit in that group. The three graded high relevance overlap on one destination between them.
One real competitor was missing from the list entirely. CK Alvarez of Hradec Králové sells the same Afghanistan itinerary with flights to Kabul included. The list does contain Travel Alvaro, an unrelated Slovak operator with a similar name that sells no hard-access product at all.

Who sells the same trips
Bookable departures only. A destination page carrying no priced departure does not count — several operators keep marketing pages for countries they have stopped selling, and those were excluded on inspection.
Twenty of the thirty-seven overlap with Navrátil on at least one hard-access destination. Five of them are specialists in exactly this product. None of the large Slovak or Czech agencies is among them.
Amber is Navrátil Travel. Teal is a competitor selling that destination today.

Price per day, like for like
Navrátil Travel sells Afghanistan at €4,800 for 15 days — €320 a day, land only. Every operator here is normalised to the same per-day basis from a real advertised departure. Whether flights are included is flagged, because in the Slovak and Czech market that moves the comparison by roughly €400–700 a trip.
Navrátil is not the cheap option and is not the expensive one. Fourteen operators on the list price below €320 a day. Among the hard-access specialists the spread is narrow: Untamed Borders €276, Lupine €303, Navrátil €320, Koryo €326. That is a four-way commodity band, and price will not win it.

The home market
Eighteen Slovak and Czech companies on the list, with filed revenue where it is published. This is the field Navrátil Travel trades in today.
The revenue gap is not a rounding error, it is four orders of magnitude. The Slovak and Czech companies here filed €442m between them. Navrátil Travel's filed figure for its first part-year is €1,788. Any competitive claim built on scale is unavailable; the claim has to be built on product and audience.
And on audience it is a different picture. Navrátil has the largest YouTube channel in the entire Slovak field — 25,800 subscribers against Bubo's 10,600 on a near-identical library size, against a company doing €68m a year.
Log scale. A linear axis cannot show a field that runs from €1,788 to €159m on one chart.

Audience, and what it cost to build
Follower counts are a vanity measure on their own. Divided by the number of posts that produced them, they become a measure of how efficiently a brand converts content into audience.
Navrátil Travel earns 233 Instagram followers per post published. Travel Alvaro earns 168. Bubo, with five times the audience, earns 30. Victory Travel earns 4. Both inputs sat in adjacent columns of the supplied workbook and were never divided.

The digital estate, measured
Every homepage loaded in a real browser on 28 August 2026 and measured for payload, load event, request count, image count, alt-text coverage, schema.org markup and hreflang. The supplied workbook recorded the CMS name and nothing else, for 21 of 36 companies.
The field is slow and heavy, and that is an opportunity rather than a comfort. Eight of the twenty-one sites measured ship more than 6 MB; five take longer than ten seconds to fire their load event. Kartago takes 22.5s, Fischer 30.2s.
Alt-text coverage is close to non-existent across the field. CK Svet ships 66 images with zero alt text. Victory Travel ships 380 images with 291 missing. This is free organic search ground that nobody in the segment has taken.

Source: Prieskum konkurencie.xlsx as received. 37 rows, 35 fields, 1,295 competitor cells. Same company list in both.
Two of its columns were planned and never filled. Priemerný počet článkov za mesiac is empty for all 36 competitors, and Rating (automaticky) — the automated scoring column, the one that would have turned an inventory into an analysis — is empty for all 36.
Forty-three cells were silently corrupted. Posting frequencies typed as
“3.5” were converted by Excel into dates. Frekvencia príspevkov Youtube now
reads 2026-05-03 for 13 of 36 competitors, and the same happened in the Facebook,
Instagram, LinkedIn and blog frequency columns. The posting-cadence block is the most
analytically interesting part of that file and it no longer contains data.
